"Get Me Wrong" is a video series that takes everyday situations and social issues and turns them on their head.
In each episode, our content creator Alaa tackles a familiar situation, from online blackmail and harassment to boundaries, relationships, and the pressures we face in our everyday lives. She gives advice that sounds almost too straightforward, too bold, or simply wrong… until the end, when she reminds you: “Watch this video again and misunderstand me.”
That’s the whole point. By deliberately saying things the “wrong” way, the series uses humor, irony, and exaggeration to make the real message clearer, more memorable, and easier to grasp.
Because sometimes, you have to misunderstand the message to understand it.
